The Environment has been carefully set out to replicate a home-from-home atmosphere that your dog will feel comfortable in. The Spa consists of two relaxation booths (pictured above) though your dog will have the free roam of the entire premises since we operate a strict one-dog policy. The Spa is secured via Intercom with no public access. Further CCTV is located within the premises for maximum security. All equipment is the worlds leading in technology, including the brushes and tools used to groom your dog. Classical music is played throughout the day, and access to Doggie television is available in our reception area. We are proud to have a clean environment that follows stringent hygiene protocols. All dogs are given frequent play, rest and water breaks throughout their pamper and an array of photo's taken throughout too.
The Spa operates a strict no-force policy. Stephanie is a Holistic Dog Groomer and Certified Canine Behaviourist who believes in the benefits of Low-Stress Handling® and Fear Free® techniques which she is fully certified in. She also obtained a Safe Handling Diploma with Distinction at the International School of Canine Psychology. If you are looking for a stylist who puts well-being before everything else, Stephanie is for you.
Stephanie believes that an understanding of how dogs think and behave is fundamental in ensuring the safety, but also the effectiveness of a relaxing environment. Stephanie is proud to run a co-operative grooming establishment, focusing on building a trusting bond with your dog through every session. She is a Certified Canine Behaviourist with the ISCP.
